The ‘Characteristics of Literature Review & Good Research Methodology’ was held on 4th November 2019, Monday at N24, Lecture Hall 9, UTM Johor Bahru.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kamaruddin bin Abd Hamid from Faculty of Engineering had been invited to deliver the course successfully. The total of 60 participants had joined this program.
This structure course aimed to assist post graduate students in writing a good literature review and identifying good research methodology. With some creative and interactive course activities, the speaker assisted the participants to understand more about the real meaning of literature review and research methodology. Explanation on literature review general funnel structure, its focus, organization of content, effective ways to search journal articles, research methodology content and its structure as well as examples of research methodology flowchart were done by speaker interestingly. All and all, this structure course was conducted successfully where all participants enjoyed it and gave great feedback on this informative course.
This program was organized by Postgraduate Students Society, Faculty of Engineering/School of Chemical & Energy Engineering (PGSS SCEE), UTM Johor Bahru.
