On July 4th, 2021 (Sunday), PGSS SKA in collaboration with PGSS SKM & SKBSK was organized an online compulsory course entitled ‘Thesis Template Workshop’ to share information related to UTM Thesis Template. This workshop start from 9.00 am to 1.00pm using Cisco Webex online conferencing platform. This workshop was invited Ts. Dr. Azman Bin Mohamed, senior lecturer from School of Civil Engineering UTM Johor Bahru as a speaker. Nur Syahirah Binti Mustafa is moderator for this workshop which is committee from PGSS SKM & SKBSK.
This session was successfully held with the PGSS-SC committee’s help: Chiew Shing Mei (Director), Tuan Nurul Farazila Bt Tuan Mat (Vice Director), Audrey Primus (Secretary), Muhammad Qadri Bin Rusli (Vice Secretary) and Nor Aqilah Binti Mohamad Azmi (Publicity). This workshop received 373 participants registered. There are 43.97% Ph.D. students, 29.76 % Master’s degree students and the rests are UTM staff or non-UTM participants.
This course gave an overview to the students on UTM thesis template in order to encourage the students to use the thesis template in their thesis writing. In addition, this workshop also exposed the students on ways to use the thesis template and let the students to have chance on hands-on learning in using thesis template.
