On 13th June 2021, PGSS SKA in collaboration with SPS UTM was pleased to conduct a structured course for session 2020/2021 that is “Viva Defence Preparation” via an online platform. This course gave an overview to postgraduate students regarding on their VIVA defence. The speaker shares his own VIVA defence experience as well as tips on how to prepare your thesis for smooth VIVA defence presentation. In addition, this course helps postgraduate students on preparing themselves on the day VIVA presentation as well as information regarding what happens after VIVA defence.
It was an honor to have Prof. Dr. Azmi bin Aris, a senior lecturer who already 30 years with School of Civil Engineering. He is Professor in Environmental Engineering which specialized in Water Pollution Control. He also has 200+ technical publications to date. Nowadays, he supervise 28 postgraduate students and as internal & external examiners on 49 PhD /MSc students.
