Dr. Ahmad Fadhil really appreciated the effort of PGSS FS on conducting this course as a start-up for our students to fly over for attachment after more than 2 years the boarders have been closed due to COVID-19. The speaker explained on the steps of application and what is the benefits students can expect from UTMi and throughout the attachment period. The session was continued with experience sharing session by our own PhD students who have went aboard to do their research attachment: Ms. Siti Musliha Aishah binti Musa and Mr. Dhinesh Sugumaran. Both of them shared on how they gain the fund and what were best part being aboard for research work, at the same time challenges. At the end of their session, Ms Musliha and Mr Dhinesh even motivated the juniors to find and grab the chances to do research attachment aboard as it might be one time chance in life.

The objective of this program is focusing on postgraduate student’s life:
• To implant the goal and motivate students on the benefits part and way to apply for overseas research attachment
• To explore potential financial support available for research attachment among postgraduate students
• To share to postgraduate students the experience of overseas research attachment
• To expand postgraduate students’ global reach and prominence, in order to have more crosscultural learning opportunities

In conclusion, the program entitled Motivational Mastery: Fly Over for your Research Attachment has been conducted very well. The feedback received from the participants was very good and participation also increased compared to the previous structured course program. However, some improvement that can be suggested is to further expand the announcement of the program to all UTM students earlier in order to get more participation and broaden the target participants to students from other universities as well.
