4th April, Johor Bahru – PGSS SKA was pleased to conduct the fifthh online structure course with the given tittle “Mental Health VS Productivity” on 12th April 2022 (Tuesday) through Cisco Webex platform given talk by Dr Zulfikar B Ahmad. This online structure course was promoted 2 weeks before through media platforms, such as PGSS official Facebook, Telegram and Whatsapp. This program was opened to all UTM students, including undergraduate and postgraduate students. A total of 45 students have participated in this structured course.

This course aims to:
1. To expose student focuses on the prevention, screening, assessment, and treatment of mental disorders and behavioural conditions.
2. It also aims to improve health and quality of life for students affected by these conditions.
3. To develop and enhance productivity among students that faced mental health conditions.

The Cisco Webex meeting opened from 9.45 a.m. for participants to log in, and the opening ceremony was conducted at 10.05 a.m. After the moderator finished the speaker’s introduction, this session was handed to the speaker at 10.10 a.m. The speaker started the presentation through introduced his experience in the field related to his field. The speaker also gives a wide view of mental health in the first session and productivity in the second session. This session was held smoothly, with no pressure and more to sharing session. Several participants took part and took this opportunity to gain back stable mental health. The chosen speaker is the right person and able to help participants to release some stress as they choose to share their experiences. A five-minute break was given at 11.00 a.m., and the course resumed at 11.10 a.m. for the second session. Followed by the Q&A session at 11.45 am.

The speaker was able to communicate with the participants through this session and it helps to clarify a lot of difficulties that participants face. Q&A session last long for an hour. It ends at 12.20 p.m. The closing ceremony was conducted after the end of the photo session, and the program ended at 12.30 p.m. Positive comments such as formative, educative, and interesting were received from the feedback form.
