24 May, Johor Bahru – Experimental type of research are very rare in business and social science studies, especially in Malaysia. Therefore, this program was conducted with the aim of introducing the audience with a clear and in-depth explanation of proper methodology that should be used for an experimental business research design. Initially this webinar program was scheduled on 10 March 2022, however due to the speaker being unwell, the program had to be postponed to a later date (24/5/2022). We advertised the webinar on both occasions, via various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram).
A total of 50 participants joined the session on 24/5/2022 (only 39 registered the feedback and attendance form, although reminded many times). The event lasted two hours, which was more than enough time for such a session. The speaker was knowledgeable in her field, and her delivery was really engaging with constant interactions with the participants. All participants’ concerns were addressed by the speaker. A majority of participants gave positive feedback on the program, with one participant especially noting that Dr. Zuraidah had given good explanation using easy examples enabling them to easily understand the topic being presented to them.
