On 15th August 2021, PGSS SKM-SKBSK in collaboration with SPS UTM were pleased  to conduct a structured course for session 2020/2021 that is “Pandemic & My Infected  Productivity” via an online platform. This course is organized to share the tips on managing  time and being more productive as a postgraduate especially during the pandemic. It was  an honor to have Dr. Jaysuman Pusppanathan, a senior lecturer at SKBSK and a faculty  advisor of PGSS SKM-SKBSK.  

In further details, this course was published online a week before the event and managed  to secure 54 UTM Students, one (1) UTM Staff and eleven 11 non-UTM make a total of  66 participants to join through online Cisco Webex. Based on the participants’ feedback,  overall 99% of the participants are satisfied with the course. The participants also  believed that the course was very informative and the speaker had conveyed the message  clearly and engaging. In addition, the session was not only based on slides, but it  involved two ways of communication and learning there were some MENTI sessions  conducted throughout the sharing session. The interaction between the speaker and  participants were lively. With the help of the moderator, all participants got the chance  to participate in the Q&A session throughout the program. 

Overall, “Pandemic & My Infected Productivity” course has received excellent ratings  from the participants with many positive comments. Nevertheless, some of them  suggested more time allocation so that the speaker and participants can discuss more  on the topic. Therefore, the organizer has taken note of this comment and hopes for  improvement in the next courses.
