The structured course entitled Mindshift: Break Your Imposter Syndrome is an important course needed by all postgraduate students. This course organized by the Postgraduate Student Society Faculty of Science (PGSS FS) on 19th December 2021 (Sunday) has been successful with the sharing of knowledge and tips by a well-known Consultant Psychiatrist from Saudi Arabia, Dr Ahmad Hafeez. The speaker emphasized the importance on overcoming the conflict and others’ perception in terms of Imposter Syndrome. Dr Hafeez also able to motivate postgraduate students to get back on their research track during post-COVID-19. Dr also emphasized the importance in balancing pressure between research and personal life as well as shared tips and moral support that might be useful for each of us especially during this difficult and challenging journey. Overall, the course had achieved the objectives of the organizer since the course gets positive feedback from the participant.
The objective of this program is focusing on postgraduate student’s life:
