20 September, Johor Bahru<\/strong> – The online structured course entitled \u201cDesign Thinking For Innovation\u201d was successfully organized by Postgraduate Student Society Faculty of Built Environment & and Surveying on 18 July 2022 (Monday). Design thinking is a non-linear, iterative process that teams use to understand users, challenge assumptions, redefine problems and create innovative solutions to prototype and test. Involving five phases\u2014Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Test\u2014it is most useful to tackle problems that are ill-defined or unknown.<\/p>\n DATE :<\/strong> 18 July 2022 (Monday)<\/p>\n TIME :<\/strong> 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m.<\/p>\n VENUE :<\/strong> Cisco Webex Video Conferencing<\/p>\n 10.00 a.m. \u2013 10.05 a.m. : Participants\u2019 Registration<\/p>\n 10.05 a.m. \u2013 10.15 a.m. : Welcoming speech for participants and speaker<\/p>\n 10.15 a.m. \u2013 11.30 a.m. : Presentation by Dr. Syed Muhammad Rafy bin Syed Jaafar through video conferencing titled: Design Thinking for Innovation<\/p>\n 11.30 a.m. \u2013 12.00 p.m. : Q&A session and Feedback session<\/p>\n 12.00 p.m. : End of program<\/p>\n From the respondents, 59 persons (75.6%) gave 5 star rating, 16 persons (20.5%) gave 4 star rating), and remaining 3 persons (3.8&) gave 3 star rating.
