The structured course entitled Defending Research Proposal is an important course needed by all postgraduate students. This course organized by the Postgraduate Student Society Faculty of Science (PGSS FS) has been successful with the sharing of knowledge by a speaker who has supervised many postgraduate students. <\/span><\/p>\n The speaker emphasized the important criteria that can help students in defending their research proposal. She had successfully taught the students how to prepare a good slide presentation and the content that should be presented. Next, students also exposed the knowledge on presenting and defending well their research proposal. <\/span><\/p>\n She also gives the skills for the question-and-answer session during proposal defense as well as how to tackle the examiners.
