PGSS SKT has organized a PG Structured Course (Online) on 4th April 2021. The webinar has been been participated by UTM postgraduate students. The speaker of this webinar is Dr. Aishah binti Abd Jalil, Senior Lecturer of Faculty of Engineering, UTM.<\/p>\n
Graduate-On-Time (GOT) refers to students who completed their study from the beginning of registration up to the sub – Senat (JKTS) meeting within normal duration. This event is conducted to motivate and guide PG students on how to Graduate-On-Time (GOT) with good tasks management skills as well as to provide a platform forstudents to raise the problems they faced during their academic journey.\u00a0The board of committee has invited by Dr. Aishah Binti Abd. Jalil to present in the structural course regarding better guidance for the PG students on how to Graduate-On-Time. The committee of the structure course have begun the preparation and the announcement for the participant to join the event earlier 2 weeks before date of the event and successfully gained 26 participants to join the event virtually. As per the participant\u2019s feedback from the event, most of the participants are fully satisfied by the guidance and motivation given by the speaker throughout the event. Majority of the participants are very motivated at the end of the session by the motivation given by the speaker and the event is well-received by the participants. The speaker have shared a lot of beneficial information to participants such as imporatance of GOT, journey of master and PhD, research planning for students and the publication requirement for thesis submission. This structured course had given a clearer picture on the importance of the GOT for PG student by the experienced speaker.<\/p>\n
