POSTER GUIDELINE<\/span><\/h1>\n\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\nFollowing are the guidelines for prescribed contents and format of E-poster:<\/span><\/p>\n\n- Presenters can refer to the poster template as a guideline. The design is all based on the researcher.<\/span><\/li>\n
- The content of the E-poster must be the researcher\u2019s own work.<\/span><\/li>\n
- The theme of the poster must follow UTM\u2019s branding guideline including logo and tagline.<\/span><\/li>\n
- The size of E-poster is A3 <\/strong>(297 mm \u2a2f 420 mm).<\/span><\/li>\n
- Poster orientation must be in Portrait<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Poster content should be in English.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Relevant images must be included.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Presenter\u2019s photo and detail should be placed at the bottom of the E-poster<\/span><\/li>\n
- File Format: <\/strong>Save your E-poster as JPEG <\/strong>or PNG image <\/strong>file (no other format will be accepted).<\/span><\/li>\n
- File Size: <\/strong>The file size of E-poster should not exceed 100 Megabytes (100 MB<\/strong>).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Following should be the content of E-poster for evaluation<\/em>:<\/h2>\n\n- <\/em>Research background<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
- Literature review (brief)<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
- Methodology<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
- Research scopes<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
- Research Significance<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
- Originality\/Novelty<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
- Result\/Preliminary result (If any)<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
- Conclusion<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
<\/em><\/p>\n<\/em><\/p>\n\n- REMINDER (DON\u2019T): <\/strong><\/span>\n
\n- Use small font size and shadow effect.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
- Use the same background colour as the title and its content.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
- Use blurry image of products or researchers.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
- Put lengthy description.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n4.\u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINE<\/span><\/h1>\n\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Judging session will be held on 9\/5\/2023 <\/strong>virtually via Webex Online. A detailed schedule for parallel sessions and Webex link will be provided.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Presenters are required to attend the parallel session from beginning to the end.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Presenters who fail to attend the presentation and Q & A session will be disqualified.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Presenters are required to wear formal attire and open the video camera while presenting their e-poster.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Presentation should be no more than 5 minutes <\/strong>with 5 minutes <\/strong>of Q\/A session.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Presentation must be in English <\/strong>only. However, for the Social Science category<\/strong>, researchers (Presenters) can present in English or Malay<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Feedbacks from the presenters after the judging session are welcomed but will not have any effect on the results. All results are FINAL<\/strong>. Appeals or correspondences will not be entertained.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
