UTMNEXUS SCHOLARSHIP
SCHOLARSHIP
Description:
UTMNexus is offered to qualified individuals who are enrolled in PhD program (2022/2023 session) at UTM.
Requirements:
● Application is open to Malaysian citizens aged not more than 35 years on the date of application.
● Has obtained an admission offer letter for a full-time Doctor of Philosophy program (2022/2023-1) before 30th September 2022.
● Not receiving scholarships or financial aid for studies from any company, foundation, government agency, or sponsoring body.
● Has obtained a minimum CGPA of 3.50 at Master’s degree level.
● Also open to UTM Fast Track PhD Program students (2022/2023-1).
Award Range:
Tuition fees sponsorship for 1st to 6th semester.
Monthly allowance of RM2,250 for 36 months.

Application for session 2022/2023-1:
1st August until 30th September 2022
INTERNATIONAL DOCTORAL FELLOWSHIP (IDF)
SCHOLARSHIP
Description:
IDF provides partial tuition waivers of RM 2,000 to International PhD students at UTM.
Requirements:
• Application is open to international students registered as full-time PhD students at UTM who are currently in 1st to 6th semester.
• Applicants are currently not working or receiving any form of financial aid from other sources.
• Applicants are currently in ‘Active’ status.
• Students with good publications and academic track records will be given priority.
Award Range:
Partial tuition waivers of RM2,000.00
Application Period:
Application for session 2022/2023-1:
6th until 23rd October 2022
UTM NATIONAL POSTGRADUATE FUND (NPF)
SCHOLARSHIP
Description:
NPF provides partial tuition waivers of RM 1,000 to Malaysian PhD or Master’s (Research, Mixed Mode and Taught Course) students at UTM.
Requirements:
• Application is open to local students registered as full-time PhD students in 1st to 6th semester (45 years old and below) and Master’s students in 1st to 4th semester (35 years old and below).
• Applicants are currently not working or receiving any form of financial aid from other sources.
• Applicants are currently in ‘Active’ status.
• Students with good publications and academic track records will be given priority.
• Students with household income of RM5,000 and below will be given priority.
Award Range:
Partial tuition waivers of RM1,000.00

Application for session 2022/2023-1:
6th until 23rd October 2022
