Please refer to IGCESH 2022 website for conference fees and kindly pay the appropriate amount of money according to the conference registration fees.
PAYMENT CAN ONLY BE MADE AFTER THE SUBMISSION IS ACCEPTED

HOW TO PAY?
For local participants, you may select one of the following 3 methods to make fees payments:
(no refund for cancellation)
1) Direct to Account (Local Bank only)
Step 1: Login to the Internet or Mobile Banking > Select ‘Pay & Transfer’ > Select ‘DuitNow /Transfer Money/Transfer’ to

2) UTM e-Commerce System (MEPS FPX & Credit Card)
Note:
- System will auto generate an electronic receipt (soft copy) which can be used for grant claiming at RMC UTM.
- The payer’s name will be the name on the receipt.
- This payment method only available from 17th June 2022 until 31st July 2022.
Step 1: Go to the e-commerce Portal: https://ecommerce.utm.my/v3/
Step 2: Follow the guideline (Download the guideline here)
Step 3: Select Make Payment > Select Category ‘[01] SEMINAR > Search for payment code according to your category (UTMxxxx)

Step 4: Choose the right category and make payment via debit/credit card
Step 5: Download transaction receipt that has your name on it
3) Bank Draft/ Cheque
Step 1: Cheque should be crossed and made payable to BENDAHARI UTM
Step 2: Make a digital copy of the crossed bank draft/ cheque for the online registration purpose. Make sure the resolution of the copy is clearly visible.

- The payment rate follows the first author category, no matter who will be presenting
- Payment must be made by the first author only and the receipt issuance will be addressed to the first author only
- If using the E-commerce method, please attach the transaction receipt that has your name on the receipt.

Step 1: Go to the Flywire Portal: utm-conference.flywire.com
Step 2: Select Country or Region and Conference receives of RM500 (International Presenter) or RM400 (Second Paper)
Step 3: Select Preferred payment method (Bank Transfer/Credit Card/Online) > Provide the details of the person whose card/bank account will be used to pay
Step 4: Provide participant information and Conference Code IGCESH2022
Step 5: Review and confirm payment information > Make payment
