ABOUT US
International Graduate Conference on Engineering, Science and Humanities (IGCESH) is a biennial postgraduate conference organized by the UTM Postgraduate Student Society (PGSS-UTM) in collaboration with the School of Graduate Studies UTM.
IGCESH 2026 provides a forum for accessing the most up-to-date and authoritative knowledge from graduate student’s research findings covering both industrial and academic world’s thereby sharing best practice in the fields of Engineering, Science and Humanities. With the conference theme “Harnessing AI and Digital Innovation for Sustainable Solutions to Global Challenges”, IGCESH 2026 aims to provide an avenue to highlight recent developments and to identify emerging and future areas of growth in these exciting fields. All postgraduate students and researchers across different sectors are welcome to join IGCESH 2026 from 26 to 27 August 2026 virtually or visit the conference venue.

CALL FOR PAPER
You are welcome to submit your full paper to the 11th International Graduate Conference on Engineering, Science and Humanities (IGCESH) 2026 which scheduled to be held from 26th – 27th August 2026 via Hybrid Conference. IGCESH 2026 is jointly organized by the UTM Postgraduate Student Society (PGSS UTM) and the School of Graduate Studies (SPS UTM) focuses on sharing and authoritative knowledge from graduate students.
THEME
Harnessing AI and Digital Innovation for Sustainable Solutions to Global Challenges.
Topics of interest for submission includes but are not limited to:

Management, Education, Business, Islamic Civilization, Language, Marketing, Human Resources & Psychology
All presentations will be evaluated by a panel of judges. Awards will be given to the top three best papers in each of the three tracks (Engineering, Science & Technology and Social Science). Best presenters will also be awarded to the best presentation in each track (Engineering, Science & Technology and Social Science).
PUBLICATION
All accepted full papers will be published in peer-reviewed journals.

SUBMISSION AND REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
Instructions for Presenters / Authors
In order for your paper to be published in the conference proceedings, please ensure that you comply with the following requirements:
1. Each submission must strictly follow the Full Paper Template – IGCESH2026 provided in PDF and DOCX formats.
2. The language of the conference is English. All full papers must be written in English.
3. Authors must refer to the Full Paper Submission Guideline before submitting their papers online.
4. Full paper submission must be made through the conference management system, Microsoft CMT.
5. At least one author of each accepted paper must register and pay the conference fee according to the instructions provided on the Fees & Payment page of the conference website.
6. The registered presenter is responsible for presenting the paper during the conference.
7. Co-authors who wish to attend the conference must also register as observer.
8. Papers without completed registration and payment will not be included in the conference proceedings.
9. Payment can be made starting from 15 July 2026 under the Early Bird payment period.
10. The Turnitin similarity index for the full paper must not exceed 30%.
11. Accepted and registered papers will be submitted for publication in MyCITE indexed journals, subject to journal requirements and review processes.
Observer Registration
1. Observers are participants who attend the conference without presenting a paper.
2. Observers are required to register through the Observer Registration Form and submit proof of payment according to the instructions provided on the conference website.
3. Observer registration does not include paper presentation or publication in the conference proceedings.
Microsoft CMT Notice
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided free of charge by Microsoft, which covered all related expenses, including Azure cloud services, software development, and technical support.
