I am humbled and honored to serve as the Program Director of the Three-Minute Thesis (3MT) program. My name is Sharel Raj, and I am thrilled to be leading this extraordinary event that celebrates the power of concise and impactful research communication. As the Director, my vision was to create an environment where researchers can refine their communication skills, distill their complex research into a concise narrative, and captivate audiences in a matter of minutes. The 3MT program is a testament to the exceptional talent and innovation that exists within our institution, and I am honored to be at the helm of this inspiring initiative.

First and foremost, I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to the participants who have embraced the challenge of condensing their years of hard work into a concise three-minute presentation. Your passion, determination, and unwavering commitment to sharing your knowledge have been nothing short of inspiring.
