This scholarship is a waiver of tuition and oral examination fees in the sponsored semester for students who graduate with graduate-on-time status (42 months). This Fund is by invitation only.

Eligibility:

1. Malaysian citizens and enrolled in a UTM Malaysian PhD programme.

2. Applicant is not currently receiving any form of financial aid from other sources.

3. Students must have obtained a grade of MM—Satisfactory in the Progress Report in the previous semester and have an excellent academic track record.
