The following steps will assist you in your online registration process:

1. First, you must complete your admission and registration process at https://admission.utm.my/edaftar/ page. You should receive your matric number after registration.

2. Once your student status has been activated by your faculty, your UTMID will be generated automatically. Notification through utmid@utm.my will be sent to your registered email address (an email address that you have provided with your admission application)

3. Once you received your matric number and UTMID, you may proceed with your course registration at the official student portal, my.utm. Please key-in your UTMID username and password, and Key-in the Course Code & Section (e.g MKAZ 0123 01). Please register the CORRECT Course code & Section no. If you have key-in the wrong section or course code you will do the amendment during the amendments of course registration week.

4. You may find the information about which courses and sections to enroll at your respective faculty’s online registration page.

5. We highly recommend you to check your graduate@utm.my email as official information and updates will be send via this email address.
