DEFERMENT OR WITHDRAWAL OF PROGRAMME FOR SEM 2, 2020/2021
If you have any difficulties during study, and thinking to defer or withdraw from your study, this is the guideline that you can follow. The dates for deferment are as follow:
🎯 11 Apr – 27 May 2021 (JB)
🎯 12 Apr – 28 May 2021 (KL)
To all full-time postgraduate students who are currently enrolled in Sem 2 Session 2020/2021 and would like to apply for Withdrawal OR Deferment of Programme, please follow the following procedures:
For WITHDRAWAL of the programme, please submit the application with the complete required details of the withdrawal programme to Academic Management Division (AMD).
Guidelines for WITHDRAWAL of study form :
1. Fill up student details in Section I and Section II.
2. To be compeleted by respective section in Section III.
3. Email the complete form to Academic Management Division (AMD) amdpg@utm.my for further action.
4. The required form can be downloaded at https://bit.ly/Withdrawalfromstudyform
For DEFERMENT of study, please submit the application with the complete required details of the deferment of programme by e-mail to your faculty.
Guidelines for DEFERMENT of study form :
1. Fill up student details in Section I and Section II.
2. To be filled by UTM International in Section III. (Only for International student. Please surrender your passport to UTM International Office for cancellation of student pass).
3. To be filled by Main Supervisor in Section IV. You need to email to your respective supervisor.
6. To be filled by Assistant Chair/Director/Program Coordinator of faculty in Section V.
7. Once completed, email your form to your respective faculty for further action.
